Hi. Patricia Rojas. I'm the regional housing director for Metro, and we are standing outside of the Aloha Inn, in Aloha, Oregon. It will bring 54 units of permanent supportive housing, which is a type of service that brings a unit along with much needed social supports like behavioral health services and social services. And it is intended to serve folks who have experienced chronic homelessness.

So where you guys are standing over here is where the new kitchenette is going to go in this unit. And a lot of the units that are against that wall, the bathrooms enter from that entry hall. There's different unit types in the building. In this one, this is where the new kitchenette will go.

This is the first type of project of its kind in Washington County. It is a partnership between the affordable housing bond, which pays for the capital and the construction, and then the Supportive Housing Services Measure, which pays for the services and for the operations.
