BIJAL VARIA: It is very important to have people in any organization with diversity of competencies, including digital competencies. Not the bits and bytes, but understand how we need to lead an organization through this digital transformation. By participating in DLAC, now I better understand the schools and the learners goals. I use what I learn in day to day situations, both with my staff and my learners. 

In this course, we started with setting goals and strategy, which aligned with the values of the organization embedded in the governance model we need to put in place and how the daily operations and digitalization need to be aligned. So this is a great opportunity to collaborate with other adult schools and work together towards your personal and school goals by taking slow but steady steps.
