JOHANNA GLEASON: In addition to the excellent digital and technical training provided, this experience helped me grow in deeply meaningful ways. I developed a clearer understanding of my own strengths and areas for growth, as well as more effective ways of collaborating with others. 

I also strengthened my ability to listen actively and thoughtfully. Beyond the technical skills, I gained essential interpersonal and professional skills that will continue to shape my work and my relationships for years to come.
