Aruna Subramanian: DLAC is a wonderful organization which helps us build our technology skills. Wherever you are in technology, DLAC will help you strengthen your skills during its two-year journey. These skills ranges from simple things how to function in a group effectively, to how to be a digital leader. In this two-year journey, I have learned so many things. I learned how to overcome fear, and try out new things, and come out with flying colors.

This includes small things like trying different Google Apps with students to more challenging things like making a video for students. And staff are very friendly and easily approachable. This makes it very easy for us to reach our goals both personally and within the organization. In this two-year journey, I'm very proud to say that we scheduled and worked carefully with baby steps and achieved our goals.

I'm very grateful for OTAN and my organization for giving me this opportunity to be part of DLAC. Once a DLACer always a DLACer. Together, let us continue making adult education stronger and more meaningful for adult learners.
