Principal has really supported my career path at every step along the way.

I originally started with Principal in the participant contact center in Des Moines, Iowa, and it was a great way to get my foot in the door with a great organization. As I progressed through the roles from there, I've had the opportunity to work with our national sales desk for retirement plans, moving then into a role with an internal wholesaler in our New York team, and now over in the Chicagoland area as a director of sales for the Illinois/Northwest Indiana markets. As I've had the opportunity to take advantage of mentors along the way, who really support and push growth at Principal. One of the best things, though, is that I've had the opportunity to give back as well, and mentor others as they find their path.
