JENNIFER E: I got involved in the Employee Resource Groups, which we refer to as ERGs, due to-- my girls are part Hispanic, and so from a cultural perspective, it was important for me to be educated.

And then once I actually got engaged with them, I realized just the value from a networking perspective and from the leadership opportunities that it presented.

ERLIN K: It's great that Principal has ERG teams because those are the areas we get to talk about those social issues, those topics, that not only is impacting our employees, but also our communities.

LAURA T: I participate in our LGBTQ+ ERG, and one of the focuses of our community is to create moments of inclusion and intersection.

So for me it was about community and building my community.

PERSEVERANCE N: The African American resource group really stood out to me because it allowed me to you know be a part of my culture and to learn a little bit more and get involved with opportunities inside and outside of Principal.
