PRESENTER: Since the pandemic began, wellness became much more of a strategy than a tactic, to the point where we actually inserted wellness as part of our values and mission statement. Ditto has a wide range of policies and benefits in place as it relates to thinking about the well-being of an employee. We have unlimited PTO. We also have mandatory PTO.
We have 12 weeks maternity leave, and we have paternity leave. We do a 401(k) match. We have fully-paid health care. We offer performance bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. And we also utilize a platform that provides experience and programs around wellness.
