The thing I appreciate about the culture at Principal is that it's not a place where people come to work for 2 to 3 years. It's a place where people want to build lasting careers.

There is a lot of support from our executive leaders and our senior leaders that truly want to see us succeed and grow in our careers.

You may come to Principal at an entry level position, but there's plenty of opportunity for growth and there are a lot of different avenues that you can grow into.

At Principal, I would say my role continues to evolve. And that's what keeps me so engaged and excited about my job.

Every Principal person I've ever networked with is willing, if you ask them for help, they're willing to do it because they've had someone help them.

What I love about Principal is the emphasis on professional development and mentorship and the culture of teamwork.

One of the things that I really like about Principal is the people.

Honestly, it has been the people.

It just blew my mind that corporate America could have people like this.

When I come to the office, it's hugs, it's how's your kids, it's people know me and it's family.

It's an amazing company.
